From the Docks to the Field
ED&F Man was rebuilding a brand library lost to a fire, starting with the molasses trade itself. One photographer shot the cargo ship Olive as it docked in Dublin, then the cattle fields in Sligo it would feed.
The dockside isn't open to the public. Access was arranged directly with the ship's captain and the port authority for the hours the Olive was in.
