Corporate & Commercial Photography

The work organisations need most often, and the foundation everything else is built on.

Corporate and commercial photography covers the everyday, high-value work: leadership and team portraiture, people at work, offices, facilities and industrial sites, products and services.

For each brief we commission a photographer already based in the location, drawn from a network built over three decades across 100+ cities. That network is people we know and have worked with, not a paid-for directory.

We choose photographers who are technically strong but also calm and easy to have around your people, which on the day matters just as much.

Local commissioning keeps cost, travel and environmental impact down while central oversight holds one standard across regions, and involvement scales from a single recommendation to full production management.

Most long-term relationships begin here, then grow into a Visual Brand Library or Campaign work built on the same foundation.

Frequently asked

Is there a standard day rate for corporate photography?
Not a meaningful one. A day rate covers the photographer's time only, and on a corporate commission the licence, the production and the direction usually add up to more than the shooting fee. We quote against a brief, with those lines itemised, so nothing lands as a surprise later.
How often should corporate headshots be updated?
Most organisations leave them far too long. A portrait five years old is still in circulation while the team, the brand and the wider visual language have all moved on. Refreshing on a planned cycle, rather than reactively, keeps the set coherent.
Why do portraits look inconsistent across a leadership team?
Because they were taken at different times, by different photographers, against different backgrounds, with no shared specification. Consistency comes from a written brief covering crop, lighting, background and treatment, applied to everyone including late additions.
Can portraits be shot consistently across several offices?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons organisations come to us. Local photographers work to a single central specification, so a portrait taken in one market sits beside one taken in another without a visible seam.
