The photographs on this site
Every photograph and film here was commissioned. Copyright in each image belongs to the photographer who made it or to the client who commissioned it, and it appears on this site under licence, to show work we have produced. Nothing on this page transfers any of those rights to you.
So: don’t copy, download, reproduce, crop, train a model on, or republish any image from this site without written permission. That includes the people in the photographs, who agreed to a specific licence and not to a general one. If you want to use something, ask us at hello@globalassignments.agency; for the right project the answer is often yes.
Everything else on the site
The words, design, layout and code are ours. You’re welcome to read, print or share pages for your own reference or to brief a colleague. You may not republish them commercially, present them as your own, or scrape the site.
Sending us a brief
Using the contact form starts a conversation; it doesn’t create a contract and doesn’t oblige either of us to anything. Commissions are agreed separately in writing, with their own terms covering fees, usage and licensing. Please don’t send confidential material through the form before we’ve agreed how to handle it.
Accuracy
The case studies describe real commissions and we’ve described them accurately, but they’re summaries rather than specifications: what a project needed then is not a promise of what yours will need. We keep the site current but don’t warrant that everything on it is complete or up to date at any given moment.
Other sites we link to
Some pages link to clients, photographers and third parties. Those sites aren’t ours and we’re not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
We take reasonable care over this site but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from using it or from relying on anything on it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They’re governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
