Travel & Transport Photography
Photography for travel, transport and rail brands.
Travel and transport work is made in places the public rarely sees: trackside, aboard new rolling stock, inside a station after the last train. Getting there is a production problem before it is a photographic one. We scout the vantage points, negotiate the access, and handle the permissions and licensing around each shoot.
Frequently asked
- Can you photograph transport assets outside operating hours?
- Where that is the only workable window, yes. For Eurostar we photographed the interiors of a new fleet inside St Pancras across three nights, in at 10:30pm and out by 5:30am, the only hours with no passengers aboard.
- Who arranges access with a station or transport operator?
- We do. Transport networks run their own permitting and safety processes on their own timetables, which is why access is opened before photographers are booked.
